Answer

As far as we are aware, ab422 has not yet been tested in in flow cytometry. We do not stock a labelled version of this antibody. ab8828 also has not yet been tested in flow cytometry. If you do test these antibodies in FC, please let us know how you get on by submitting a summary of your results via the reviews section on the datasheets. Answer

The MAb to isopeptide shows good reactivity on cross linked protein containing isopeptide N-epsilon(gamma-glutamyl)Lys but has weak reactivity on free isopeptide. Therefore commercialy available free isopeptide from Sigma Chemical is not a good positive control.

Answer

The difference between these two antibodies is the isotype: 153-81D4 is an IgM and 153-81D1C2 is an IgG1. They can both be used for both applications, so the choice is yours.
