we wanna to buy the antibody of Ab92338, before then, we want to request some informations about this antibody. According to the date sheet, they showed the WB figure which detected with Ab92338. i just wanna to ask it can be deteced in serum? by the way, it can be detected endogenous level? which cell line? then, can you give me some pulication references which using this antiody?. thank you very much.

Yes the anti-ITIH4 antibody ab92338 has been tested on endogenous protein, on human liver in IHC-P and on human vitreous in Western Blot, see the Abreview we received: https://www.abcam.com/ITIH4-antibody-ab92338-reviews.html.
ab92338 should detect the target protein in serum if this protein is present in this fluid.
Unfortunately we don't have any publication for any of the anti-ITIH4 antibodies we have in our catalog (https://www.abcam.com/index.html?t=244659&pt=1).
