  • Biological description

    Potent inhibitor of Wnt pathway regulatory protein porupine (Porcn). Blocks Wnt protein secretion and prevents the canonical and non-canonical signaling pathways. Blocks palmitylation, and subsquent secretion and activity of Wnt. Induces differentiation of cardiomyocytes from human ESCs and iPSCs.
