Dear Tech support
One of our customers has ordered ab112134 and is unsure about the protocol.
I have attached the kit protocol.
The protocol summary in page 5 of the protocol PDF states plates should be incubated at room temperature.
Stage 4 in the written protocol states incubation should be done in a 37 deg 5% co2 incubator.
Do both instructions refer to the same stage or have I got it wrong?
Please advise regarding the dye loading plate incubation conditions.
Thank you very much for your kind support.

Thank you for your message.
I understand the confusion and apologize for the inconvenience.
We have checked this and the documents have been amended with the correct information: We recommend to incubate at either room temperature for ˜60 minutes or more, or 37oC for 30-60 minutes.
I hope this will be helpful to you. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
