Thank you for your enquiry. I can confirm that this lysate has been tested in WB for NFATc1 activation but not for the other cytokines. I am able to provide details of the conditions of induction we used to prepare this extract : Cells were cultured in medium supplemented with 2 µg/ml PHA (Leucoagglutinin, PHA-L) for 2 days at 37°C immediately prior to harvesting.
