Greetings, I am wondering if it would be possible to get a small aliquot of the Tip60 Ab ab23886 to try in Drosophila. Our end goal will be IF on polytene chromosomes, but I would be more than willing to do a western on larval extract to see if it works as it states in the datasheet for that antibody that it is predicted to react. As the exact peptide sequence is not published I did notice there is a great deal of homology in that region between human and Drosophila. This would be the first commercial source of a Drosophila Tip60 ab from what I can find and we would be very excited to have that as a tool in our research.
