Flow Cytometry analysis of Caco-2 (Human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line) cells labeling KCTD21 using ab192259 at a 1/220 dilution (pink). Goat anti-rabbit IgG (FITC) used as the secondary at a 1/150 dilution. Isotype control Rabbit monoclonal IgG (green). Cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde.
This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab192259).
