Opossum (Monodelphis domestica) primary dissociated cortical cells DIV1 from postnatal day P18 pups were fixed with 4% paraformadehyde, incubated with 0.1 M glycine, permeabilized with 0,1% Triton X-100 and blocked with 0.5% bovine serum albumin (BSA) (all solutions were made in PBS). Primary anti-Ki67 antibody (ab15580) (1:100 dilution) was incubated for 1h at room temperature (RT). Secondary antibody (goat anti-rabbitAlexa Fluor 555, 1:400 dilution in PBS) was used (incubation time 30min at RT). Nuclei were stained with DAPI (1:200 dilution in PBS).
