Immunofluorescent analysis of MDCK cells (cold methanol fixed, acetone permeabilized) labeling KIAA1543 with ab214073 at 2.5 μg/mL followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3 conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
