What evidence do you have that this antibody works for immunofluorescence? What kind of samples were used tissue (paraffin embedded or frozen or cells? On what species was this IF work done? Also it would be more helpful to list references for papers that use your antibody than references for general information about the antigen.

Thank you for your enquiry. ab11259 was verified to work by immunohistochemistry using frozen sections of rat cerebellum at a 1:200 dilution.
