    In each case, 1 mg of lysate was used for IP and 20% of the IP was loaded.

As far as we are aware, ab95882 has never been tested with samples from human.

All tested species covered by the 6 month guarantee are stated on our datasheets, and these are updated as soon as any new information is brought to our attention.

I have checked the alignment of the immunogen for ab95882 with the rat KCL1 protein, and regrettably this has a low alignment of 54%. Therefore, I am sorry to confirm we would not predict that this antibody would detect in rat. We are therefore unfortunately not able to offer our testing AbTrial discount program in this case.

I am sorry we unfortunately do not have a suitably tested KCL1 protein to suggest on this occasion.
