Thank you for your inquiry.

I apologize for all the confusion! I heard back from the lab andthe IPimage on the datasheet is actually correct. I had thought I came acrossa different image, but it was just that lane with an additionalIgG control lane next to it. It was actually the same image as what we currently have on the datasheet, plus an IgG control lane.

The IP and WB were done with ab129459. The reason we don't see any heavy chain bands isthat a ReliaBLOT® agent was used which reduces background from heavy chain to less than 1% of standard procedures.
