This is a follow-up from a phone call on 7/5: Customer called about wrong band size - not seeing a band at 40 kDa. Is seeing a strong band at 120 kda as well as some others from 52 kDa and up. She is using a human lung cancer cell line. Said that another company's ab detected the right band in this sample but also had probs with high background. So switched to ours. I suggested running a pos control (human heart lysate) - she had mouse on hand and I suggested that (90% homology). She will let us know. However, with the mouse heart lysate she only saw a faint band at 60 kDa. Ab17008 was used at 2 ug/ml. Lot# 110108.
