    Question

We did indeed purchase this antibody for use in mouse samples and after extensive testing and use, were unable to detect any reactivity in lung issue. We now know why this occurred. You might also want to reevaluate the RFP antibody for use in mice, ab62341. We had invested considerable time and resources investigating these antibodies and wish to receive compensation.

We currently use several antibodies from Abcam.
We would like ab51317 and ab13970 to be sent to us.

    1) What application was used?
    2) What was the sample type? How was it prepared?
    3) What was the exact problem?
    4) Whichantibody dilutions/incubation times were used?
    5) What was used as detection system and as blocking reagent?
    6) What is your orderor PO number for ab62341?
This antibody is covered under our Abpromise guarantee for 6 months after purchase if used in the tested applications as listed on the datasheet.
