Flow Cytometry - mFluor™ Violet 450 Conjugation Kit (AB312804)
Flow cytometry analysis of HL-60 cells stained with Mouse IgG control at 1 µg/mL dilution (Green) or mouse Anti-Human HLA-ABC (W6/32 mAb) at 1 µg/mL dilution (Red) followed by goat anti-mouse IgG directly conjugated with mFluor™ Violet 450 using the ReadiLink™ Rapid mFluor™ Violet 450 Antibody Labeling Kit (ab312804). The fluorescence signal was monitored using ACEA NovoCyte flow cytometer in the Pacific Blue channel.

mFluor™ Violet 450 Conjugation Kit provides a convenient method for labelling small amounts of monoclonal, polyclonal antibodies or other proteins (>10 kDa) with the Violet Laser-excitable mFluor™ Violet 450. This dye has a fluorescence maxima (Ex/Em) of 403/454 nm respectively. These characteristics make it an excellent replacement for Pacific Blue. mFluor™ Violet 450 is a stable dye that shows good reactivity and selectivity with protein amino groups.
This conjugation kit has all the essential components to perform two separate labelling reactions with no column purification needed. Each of the two vials of mFluor™ Violet 450 provided in the kit is optimized for labelling ~50 μg antibody
Impure antibodies or antibodies stabilized with bovine serum albumin (BSA) or gelatin will not be labelled well, Abcam offers a range of purification kits
