Bevacizumab ELISA Kit ab237642 is a sandwich ELISA to measure Bevacizumab in serum, plasma with a sensitivity of 30 ng/mL.

How the assay works:

Note: Bevacizumab ELISA kit ab237642 is intended for Research Use Only, not for use in diagnostic procedures.

This kit is a sandwich based ELISA kit. The color developed is proportional to the amount of Bevacizumab in the sample or standard. Results of samples can be determined directly using the standard curve.

Bevacizumab ELISA Kit ab237642 protocol summary

1. Add 100 µL of Assay buffer to each well and add 25 µL standard or sample to appropriate wells
2. Cover and incubate for 30 minutes at room temperature
3. Discard incubation solution and wash plate 3 times with 300 µL diluted Wash Buffer,
4. Add 100 µL HRP-conjugate to each well. Cover and incubate for 30 minutes at room temperature
5. Discard the solution and wash plate 3 times with 300 µL diluted Wash Buffer
6. Add 100 µL TMB Substrate and incubate the plate in the dark at room temperature for 10 minutes.
7. Add 100 µL Stop Solution and read OD at 450 nm within 20 minutes.

This product is manufactured by BioVision, an Abcam company and was previously called E4373 BioSim™ Bevacizumab (Human) ELISA Kit. E4373-100 is the same size as the 96 test size of ab237642.
