Abcam's CD44 Human in vitro ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) Set is designed for the quantitative measurement of soluble CD44 in Human serum, plasma, buffered solutions and cell culture medium.

The ELISA set contains 100 μg of unlabeled, mouse monoclonal capture antibody and 50 μg of mouse monoclonal detector antibody. Lyophilized Human CD44 protein purified from Human serum is included for quantification. The exact concentration of the protein standard can be found on the vials' label. Detection requires an secondary antibody labeled with biotin.

This kit will recognize both endogenous and recombinant Human CD44.
