Interpolated concentrations of Chymotrypsin in ten individual healthy human female serum donors measured in duplicate. Interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean Chymotrypsin concentration was determined to be 313.2 pg/mL with a range of 103.5 – 539.1 pg/mL.

Interpolated concentration of native Chymotrypsin in human plasma (citrate) was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations in 96-well vs. 384-well plates. Undiluted samples are 50% human plasma (citrate). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS.

Interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean Chymotrypsin concentration was determined to be 282 pg/mL with a range of 92.6 – 584.4 pg/mL.
