Human IL-17RB ELISA Kit (ab254518) is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of IL-17RB protein in cell culture media and cell culture supernatant. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantitate Human IL-17RB with 64 pg/ml sensitivity.

SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. IL-17RB is a plasma membrane receptor for the proinflammatory cytokines IL-17B and IL-17E. IL-17RB may play a role in controlling the growth and/or differentiation of hematopoietic cells. An alternative spliced secreted variant of IL-17RB has also been identified.
