Interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean Quiescin Q6 concentration was determined to be 1409.2 ng/mL with a range of 1025.8 – 1758.4 ng/mL.

Human Quiescin Q6 SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of Quiescin Q6 protein in Serum, Cit Plasma, EDTA Plasma, Hep Plasma, Cell culture supernatant. Quantitate Human Quiescin Q6 with 6.5 pg/ml sensitivity.

This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. Quiescin Q6 also known as QSOX1 is an enzyme belonging to the Quiescin-sulfhydryl oxidase family.
