16,800 pg/mL of recombinant human Tau-A proteins each ligated with a peptide containing a specific phosphorylated amino acid (non-phosphorylated Tau, Tau pT181, Tau pT217, Tau pT231, and Tau pS199) were tested for specificity. Different concentrations of recombinant human Tau-A proteins each ligated with a peptide containing a specific phosphorylated amino acid (8,000 pg/mL : non-phosphorylated Tau, Tau pT181, Tau pT217, and Tau pT231; 2,000 pg/mL : Tau pS199) were tested for interference with 2,000 pg/mL of recombinant Tau-A ligated with a peptide containing phosphorylated S396 (Tau pS396). The interpolated dilution-corrected values, expressed in % of input (for specificity) and in % of Tau pS396 control (for interference), are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2).

Human Tau (phospho S396) SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of Tau (phospho S396) protein in Cell Lysate, Tissue extracts. Quantitate Human Tau (phospho S396) with 7.821 pg/ml sensitivity.
SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. Our SimpleStep ELISA® technology provides several benefits:
