Interpolated concentration of native Thymidine Phosphorylase was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : A-431 cell extract 1.25 ug/mL, HeLa cell extract 6.25 ug/mL, spleen tissue extract 2 ug/mL, and kidney tissue extract 6.25 ug/mL. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1X Cell Extraction Buffer SSW.

Human Thymidine phosphorylase (PD-ECGF) SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of Thymidine phosphorylase (PD-ECGF) protein in Cell Lysate, Tissue extracts. Quantitate Human Thymidine phosphorylase (PD-ECGF) with 7.32 pg/ml sensitivity.

SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibodyanalyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. See the SimpleStep ELISA® protocol summary in the image section for further details. Our SimpleStep ELISA® technology provides several benefits:

Singlewash protocol reduces assay time to 90 minutes or less.
High sensitivity, specificity and reproducibility from superior antibodies.
Fully validated in biological samples.
96wells plate breakable into 12 x 8 wells strips, available in 10pack (10 x 96well plates).
Also available in a fully validated 384well format.

Has growth promoting activity on endothelial cells, angiogenic activity in vivo and chemotactic activity on endothelial cells in vitro.. Catalyzes the reversible phosphorolysis of thymidine. The produced molecules are then utilized as carbon and energy sources or in the rescue of pyrimidine bases for nucleotide synthesis.
