Interpolated concentration of native CD8 alpha was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : COS-7 cell extract 500 ug/mL, Rhesus macaque thymus tissue extract 500 ug/mL, and Rhesus macaque lymph node tissue extract 150 ug/mL. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1X Cell Extraction Buffer PTR.
