Interpolated concentrations of native CCL9 in mouse J774A.1 and RAW264.7 cell culture supernatant samples. The concentrations of CCL9 were measured in duplicates, interpolated from the CCL9 standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows : J774A.1 cell culture supernatant 1 : 200 and RAW264.7 cell culture supernatant 1 : 200. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean CCL9 concentration was determined to be 12.5 ng/ml in J774A.1 cell culture supernatant and 34.0 ng/ml in RAW264.7 cell culture supernatant.

Mouse CCL9 ELISA Kit (ab240689) is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of CCL9 protein in cell culture supernatant, cit plasma, edta plasma, hep plasma, and serum. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantitate Mouse CCL9 with 1.03 pg/ml sensitivity.

This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 gamma (MIP-1γ) also known as CCL9 functions as a chemokine involved in immune cell signaling. It weighs approximately 11 kDa.
