Interpolated concentrations of mouse FSTL1/FRP in serum, plasma (citrate), plasma (EDTA), and plasma (heparin)
Interpolated concentration of native FSTL1/FRP was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : serum 4%, plasma (citrate) 10%, plasma (EDTA) 12%, and plasma (heparin) 5%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values to neat sample are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS + 1X Enhancer.

How the assay works
Mouse FSTL1/FRP ELISA Kit, Chemiluminescent (ab326905) SimpleStep Ignite™ ELISA employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step during a 30 min only incubation, significantly reducing assay time. By utilizing a chemiluminscent detection method this improves the sensitivity and dynamic range when compared to traditional colorimetric ELISAs.

Our SimpleStep Ignite™ ELISA kits use recombinant monoclonal antibodies rigorously validated to ensure the highest level of consistency and reproducibility, improved sensitivity and specificity and ease of scalability and security of supply.

Plays a role in the development of the central nervous system, skeletal system, lungs, and ureter (PubMed : 19595790, PubMed : 21826198). Promotes endothelial cell survival, migration and differentiation into network structures in an AKT-dependent manner. Also promotes survival of cardiac myocytes (PubMed : 20054002). Initiates various signaling cascades by activating different receptors on the cell surface such as DIP2A, TLR4 or BMP receptors (By similarity).
