ab325845 detects CD97 protein at cell membrane and cytoplasmic vesicles by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample : U937 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min. Green : CD97 stained by ab325845 diluted at 1 : 500. Blue : Fluoroshield with DAPI.

Whole cell extract (30 ug) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ab325845 diluted at 1 : 1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
