AGPAT7 was immunoprecipitated from HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) with ab242087 at 8 μl/reaction. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab242087 at 1/400 dilution.

Lane 1 : ab242087 IP in HeLa whole cell lysate.
Lane 2 : Control IgG IP in HeLa whole cell lysate.

Detection : Chemiluminescence with exposure time of 3 minutes.

Lysates prepared in NETN buffer.

AGPAT7 also known as 1-acylglycerol-3-phosphate O-acyltransferase 7 is an enzyme that plays a role in lipid biosynthesis by converting lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) into phosphatidic acid (PA).
