Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma tissue labeling B-Raf protein with ab308176 at 1/100 dilution. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed with citrate buffer pH 6.0 for 15 mins.

For immunofluorescence analysis, U87-MG cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at room temperature for 15 min and permeabilized for detection of B-Raf protein using ab308176 at 1/500 dilution (green). Nuclei (blue) is stained with fluoroshield with DAPI.
