Carbonic Anhydrase 8/CA8 wasmunoprecipitated from 0.5 mg whole cell lysate using 0.5 μL ab276039 and 15 μl of 50 % Protein G agarose.
Primary antibody : ab276039, at 1/150 dilution
Secondary antibody used Dylight 800-labeled antibody to rabbit IgG (H+L), at 1/5000 dilution.

Performed under reducing conditions.
