Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue labeling CLEC4C with ab239077 at 1/2000 dilution, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) ready to use. Counter stained with hematoxylin. Membranous staining in plasmacytoid dendritic cells (PDCs) of human tonsil (PMID : 23847189, PMID : 11748283) is observed.

Secondary antibody only control : Used PBS instead of primary antibody, secondary antibody is Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) ready to use.

Heat mediated antigen retrieval using ab93684 (Tris/EDTA buffer, pH 9.0).

The molecular mass at 37-kDa is the glycosylated form, consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID : 16998465). The 25-kDa band (lane 2) was observed upon deglycosylation.
