Interpolated concentration of CR1 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : starting concentration of the first point of recovery in 12.5% dilution of Human Serum, Human Plasma (NaCit) and 50% dilution for Human Urine. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- standard deviation, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1% Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA). We do not guarantee same sensitivity level due to biological variation.
