Interpolated concentration of native CXCL9 (MIG) was measured at different sample concentrations. Undiluted sample is as follows : rat serum 100%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1% bovine serum albumin (BSA). Data represented here are indicative of assay working using example of biological sample. However, we do not guarantee the same sensitivity level due to biological variation.

The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1% bovine serum albumin (BSA). Interpolated concentrations of CXCL9 (MIG) in mock unstimulated NR8383 supernatant were below the detectable range of the assay. Data represented here are indicative of assay working using example of biological sample. However, we do not guarantee the same sensitivity level due to biological variation.
