This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab238081).

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human T-cell lymphoma tissue labeling Cyclin E1 with ab238081 at 5 ug/ml.

Positive staining on Human T-cell lymphoma tissue.

Staining performed on a Leica BOND RX system using the standard protocol with post primary. The sections were pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH6, epitope retrieval solution 1) for 20mins. The sections were then incubated with ab238081, 5ug/ml, and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The sections were counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

Western blot - Anti-Cyclin E1 antibody [CCNE1/2460] - BSA and Azide free (AB237935)

This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab238081).

Anti-Cyclin E1 antibody [CCNE1/2460] ab238081 staining at 0.2ug/mL, shown in green; Rabbit anti GAPDH (ab181602) loading control staining at 1/20,000 dilution, shown in magenta. A band was observed at 47kDa in positive controls including Wild-type MCF7 ab288560, HepG2, Jurkat, human colon cancer, human placenta and human testis lysates with no signal observed at this size in negative controls including CCNE1 knockout MCF7 ab286303, human liver and human lung lysates.
To generate this image, samples were run on an SDS-PAGE gel then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane. Membranes were blocked in 3pc Milk in TBS-0.1 % Tween^® 20 (TBS-T) before incubation with primary antibodies and overnight at 4 °C. Blots were washed four times in TBS-T, incubated with secondary antibodies for 1 h at room temperature, washed again four times then imaged. Secondary antibodies used were Goat anti-Mouse 800CW & Goat anti-Rabbit 680RD at 1/20,000 dilution.
