Western blot - Anti-FAM38A/PIEZO1 antibody [EPR30472-532] - BSA and Azide free (AB326598)
This data was developed using ab324311, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.
Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST.
Low expression : skeletal muscle(PMID : 31263454).
Samples are non-boiled as boiling may cause protein aggregation.
This antibody was detected under gels with concentrations of 6% and 3-8% and it showed a significant difference in molecular weight.
In Western blot Anti-Vinculin antibody [EPR8185] (ab129002) staining at 1/10000 dilution.
