FCRL5 (Fc receptor-like protein 5) is a protein encoded by the FCRL5 gene, also known as CD307. It plays a role in the immune system, particularly in B cell activation and regulation. FCRL5 is associated with diseases such as hairy cell leukemia and lymphoma.
