The FKSG14/p33 protein also known as Fuzzy Onions Homolog 2 or FUZ is a component involved in cellular processes like protein trafficking and vesicle transport. FKSG14 has a molecular weight of approximately 33 kDa. You often find it expressed in various tissues including neuronal and epithelial. Functionally FKSG14 plays a role in maintaining the dynamic organization of the cell through its involvement in cytoplasmic transport routes.
