Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST.
In Western blot, ab325326 was shown to bind specifically to LKB1. Target of interest was observed at 50 kDa in wild-type HCT 116 cell lysates (lane 1) with no signal observed at this size in STK11 knockout cell line (lane 2) (lane 2, knockout cell line ab286626).
The identity of the bands at 30 kDa and 100kDa are unknown.
