Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse kidney tissue labeling Malondialdehyde with ab243066 (green). Tissue was incubated with ab243066 at 1/100 overnight at 4oC then for 30 minutes at 37oC, followed by incubation with a Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) : FITC secondary antibody for 45 minutes at 37oC. Counterstain used was DAPI for 3 minutes at RT. Magnification : 5X.

Biological function summary
