ab192385 staining Metallothionein in Mouse colon tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with ab64226 for 10 minutes at room temperature; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/150) for 30 minutes. An undiluted HRP-conjugated Goat polyclonal (1/250) was used as the secondary antibody
