Western blot - Anti-NeuN antibody (AB325715)

4-12% Bis-Tris Gel was loaded with 10ug/lane of rat brain nucleus-enriched fraction. Proteins were transferred to PVDF membrane, blocked with 5% non-fat milk powder, and then washed with PBS containing 0.1% Tween. Primary antibody was incubated with the membrane at a concentration of 1 : 5000 and then detected via chemiluminescence (30sec) using a Goat Anti-Chicken H+L, HRP conjugated secondary antibody. The antibody recognizes endogenous RBFOX3 in the rat brain nucleus-enriched fraction as a doublet at the expected molecular weights of around 46 and 48 kDa.
