Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant Estrone-3-Glucuronide antigen (1 ug/mL). Coated protein was probed with ab327630 (1000-0.01 ng/mL). Human IgG antibody (HRP) (1 : 5000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
