Boiled and unboiled LoVo whole cell and membrane extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ab325869 diluted at 1 : 500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

Receptor for extracellular adenine nucleotides such as ADP (PubMed : 25822790, PubMed : 9038354, PubMed : 9442040). In platelets, binding to ADP leads to mobilization of intracellular calcium ions via activation of phospholipase C, a change in platelet shape, and ultimately platelet aggregation (PubMed : 9442040).
