RNA polymerase II RPB1 (phospho S5) was immunoprecipitated from HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded, prepared using NETN lysis buffer) using ab240740 at 1 μg per reaction. Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab240740 at 0.02 μg/mL.
Lane 1 : ab240740 IP in HeLa whole cell lysate, with phosphatase treatment (+).
Lane 2 : ab240740 IP in HeLa whole cell lysate, without phosphatase treatment (-).
Lane 3 : Control IgG IP in HeLa whole cell lysate.
