Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human cardiac muscle tissue labeling Sarcomeric Alpha Actinin with ab68168 at 1/2000 dilution, followed by a ready to use Rabbit specific IHC polymer detection kit HRP/DAB (ab209101).

Positive staining on human cardiac muscle.
The primary antibody was incubated for 30 mins at room temperature.

Counterstained with Hematoxylin.

Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, Epitope Retrieval Solution2) for 20 mins.

It is expressed in a variety of tissues including skeletal and cardiac muscle where it establishes the architecture of the Z-disc by anchoring actin filaments.
