Interpolated concentration of native SV2A was measured at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : human brain tissue extract (50 µg/mL), mouse brain tissue extract (50 µg/mL) and SH-SY5Y cell extract (1000 µg/mL). Sample dilutions are made in 1% bovine serum albumin (BSA). Data represented here are indicative of assay working using example of biological sample. However, we do not guarantee same sensitivity level due to biological variation.
