Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-Ten-1 antibody [EPR29567-15] - C-terminal (AB327382)
Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized A-673 (human muscle Ewings sarcoma cell line) and MCF7 (human breast adenocarcinoma epithelial cell) cells labelling Ten-1 with ab327382 at 1/50 (9.48 μg/ml) dilution, followed by ab150081 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) preadsorbed antibody at 1/1000 dilution (Green).
Confocal image showing cytoplasmic staining in A-673 cells (shown in green). The counterstain was observed in magenta. Nuclear DNA was labelled with DAPI (shown in blue).
Negative control : MCF7.
Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8).
ab7291 Anti-alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody was used to counterstain tubulin at 1/1000 (1 ug/ml) dilution, followed by ab150120 Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 594) at 1/1000 (2 ug/ml) dilution (Magenta).

Antigen : Human Ten-1 recombinant protein; Human Ten-2 recombinant protein; Human Ten-3 recombinant protein; Human Ten-4 recombinant protein.
Antigen concentration : 1000 ng/ml
This antibody does not cross-react with recombinant human Ten-2, Ten-3 or Ten-4 by Elisa.

Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8). Confocal scanning Z step was set as 0.3 μm followed by image processing with maximum Z projection.
ab11267 Anti-MAP2 mouse monoclonal antibody was used to counterstain at 1/500 dilution, followed by ab150120 Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 594) at 1/1000 (2 ug/ml) dilution (Magenta).
