B3GNT1 also known as UDP-GlcNAc:betaGal beta-13-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase 1 is an enzyme that participates in glycosylation processes by transferring N-acetylglucosamine from UDP-GlcNAc to polylactosamine chains playing an important role in the synthesis of poly-N-acetyllactosamine.
