TMB Substrate detects horseradish peroxidase activity, yielding a blue color (620 nm) that changes to yellow (450 nm) upon addition of a Stop Solution. The TMB substrate is supplied ready to use. See our for a protocol. The TMB substrate is also available as part of our Matched Antibody Pair Kit Accessory Pack (ab210905). Product should be stored at 2-8°C. Exposure to direct sunlight and other UV sources should be avoided due to the light sensitive nature of the TMB molecule.
