The size difference observed can probably be explained by differential post-translational processing.
ab16718 detecting rat recombinant protein by ELISA. Kv1.4 amino terminal domain was immobilized on 96-well plate using streptavidin-biotin interaction. Wells were blocked in 1% milk for 30 minutes at 19°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1/500 & 1/750 in PBS-Tween(0.1%) and incubated for 1 hour at 19°C. HRP conjugated goat monoclonal to rabbit, 1/2000 dilution was used as secondary.
