Yes, we can confirn that this antibody cross reacts with all mammalian laminins including mouse.

Sorry, we don't know the number when reduced.

This can vary greatly depending on the source of the laminin you are analysing in your blot, due to isoform variations in its' constituent alpha, beta & gamma chains.

Under non-reducing conditions, a band at approx. 400kDa is recognised. Under reducing conditions, it really depends on the source of the laminin you are analysing, due to the multiple isoforms of the alpha, beta and gamma chains.

This antibody is know to recognise most mammalian laminins, so it is expected to detect rat laminin.
